As a result, we’ve created fully scalable, universal, durable and efficient technological platform, which was tested in the most rigorous operational environment.

Freeze drying of food: Freeze drying (also called as lyophilization) of food was first used after II World War, mainly for the purpose of creating astronaut and military rations. What once started as niche application, with a time run became a commonly used technology in a food processing industry. The unbeaten cons of freeze drying include, but are not limited to: complete nutritional profile of preserved food, ease of logistics (freeze dried food is light and does not need to be kept in low temperatures), long period of preservation (high level of dehydration guarantees that disease-producing and rotting bacteria and other small organisms stay away from the food). As a result, nowadays, both one-component food such as fruits, vegetables, meat, coffee, seafood and fish, dairy and eggs as well as ready, multi-componential meals such as soups, gravies, lunch boxes and many more – can be easily lyophilized.

Optimal time and energy efficiency; Original automated control system monitors the parameters of lyophilization in real time mode. When the parameters of food that is dried meet pre-defined criteria, the freeze drier starts the next stage, saving time and energy used for the freeze drying cycle. This approach allows to substantially lower the time of freeze drying cycles, generating significant savings on the production.

Environmentally friendly; All our models are currently designed as R-32-compliant installation. R-32 (difluoromethane) is a HFC (hydrofluorocarbon)-refrigerant, that has one of the lowest Global Warming Potentials (GWP) among industrial gases used in refrigerant industry nowadays. We are constantly monitoring changes in regulations that aim to protect the global climate and adjust the technology to changing environment. As soon as suppliers of our components finish testing of the devices with R-32 refrigerant, freeze driers would be automatically switched to less potentially harmful solution.

Easy maintenance and care; Our freeze dryers are designed so that they are user-friendly, easy to keep clean and prepared for intense work. Our automated, designed from a scratch control system not only gives you a detailed and user-friendly graphical menu for steering, but also is pre-programmed for lyophilization of different kind of foods in fully automated cycles. The same control system allows to monitor the functioning of the freeze dryer in real-time mode, that allows us to react in advance in case parameters of lyophilization get worse. All our freeze dryers are prepared to be easily washed (i.e. by pressure washer) and are equipped in programmable module that reminds in advance about crucial service needs.

Original all-in-one freeze, heat and defrost system, that allows to use minimum of key components in different stages of lyophilization. Combined with heat recovery unit, optimal lyophilization time control unit and economical use of the low-temperature R507 refrigerant, we are able to be as energy-efficient as possible;

All components and construction elements such as doors, shelves handlers, trays, vapor condenser etc., that directly participate in lyophilization or has potential contact with food, are made of HACCP-compliant stainless steel. Shelves modules and the ice condenser are located internally, that allows for clean room separation;

Castors for maneuverability, carts for trays loading in case of bigger models (with 100 kg load / batch and more);

Real-time sensors connected by Wi-Fi or by LAN; observation camera for full remote control of operation using dedicated smartphone or PC within authorized access point.
